Blueberry Ripple Ice Cream

There’s no need to make homemade ice cream when blueberry jam ups the flavor and the presentation.

pint vanilla ice cream, softened in refrigerator 20 minutes

cup Blueberry–Chia Seed Jam

Preparation

  1. Place ice cream in a large bowl and gently fold in jam until streaks form. Transfer to an 8½x4½” loaf pan; smooth top. Cover and freeze until scoopable.
