Baked Potato wedges flavored with herbs and garlic make perfect finger food for parties. You can serve these potato wedges along with a Yogurt Dip and it will taste delicious. Its healthy wholesome and makes a great tea time snack as well for kids when they get back from school or even for the tea parties.
Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes (Aloo) , cut into wedges with skin peeled
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
- Parsley leaves , small bunch, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
- Tabasco Original – Hot Sauce , optionally to garnish
How to make Baked Potato Wedges Recipe
- To begin making the Baked Potato Wedge Recipe, toss the potatoes with the herbs, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt.
- Cover the bowl and keep it aside for marination for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven at about 180 C.
- Arrange the potato slices on a greased baking tray. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes half way through the baking process and bake until they turn brown and a little crisp on the edges.
- Serve the Baked Potato Wedges along with Yogurt Dip for the holiday parties or even as a tea time snack for kids and family.
