What should I add to my skewers?
These skewers are completely customizable—feel free to experiment with them! We went with many of the classic components: mozzarella, salami, red peppers, artichoke hearts, and even cheesy tortellini. If you’re not a fan of something, feel totally free to replace it with something else! Not an olives lover? Pepperoncini peppers would be a delicious substitute; tomatoes are always a welcome addition to any antipasto spread. If salami isn’t your thing, feel free to replace it with buttery prosciutto instead.
