Ingredients:
- 200g fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
