Oreo mug cake recipe
Ingredients
- 5 Oreos
- 4 tbsp whole or semi-skimmed milk
- whipped cream, to serve (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Put 4 Oreos in a mug and crush with a fork to a rough crumb. Add the milk and stir until you have a smooth, soupy consistency.
- STEP 2
Cook in the microwave for 1 min until fluffy. Serve topped with whipped cream and the remaining crushed Oreo sprinkled over.
