Ingredients

1-2 lbs ground chicken

30 easy melt cheese diced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbspgarlic powder

Breading
-
1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

1 piece egg, beaten

1 ⁄4 cup breadcrumbs

Sauce
-
1 ⁄4 cup mayonnaise

1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice

1⁄2 tablespoon garlic, minced

Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions

Mix the ground chicken and cheese together and add salt and pepper. Then put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. When it’s ready, go ahead and start forming a ball shape to about 2 tablespoon of mixture then place it on a clean tray or plate.

Prepare your breading by placing each ingredients into it’s individual bowl. Place all the bowls that you have finished breading into a clean tray or plate.

Heat up your pot with enough oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot enough place each breaded balls into the oil and fry until the outer part of the ball turns brown. Keep your heat to Medium Low to make sure that the inside gets cooked properly.

Place the cooked balls into another clean plate and start making your sauce by mixing together all the ingredients for the sauce. Serve, eat and enjoy!
