Tips: ❖ Ensure rapid removal of ingredients from the boiling water to prevent overcooking and maintain their freshness and texture. ❖ When mixing the rice with the ingredients, ensure even distribution of seasonings so that each bite offers a blend of flavors. ❖ Monitor the steaming time carefully to maintain the freshness of the crab and the soft, sticky texture of the rice. ❖ Drizzling Shaoxing wine at the end is crucial for enhancing the aroma and should not be omitted.
