Fudgy avocado brownies prove that avocados are not just for toast! This rich and chocolaty dessert is a great gluten-free and healthier swap for regular brownies.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish. Gather and measure all ingredients.

Fold in the pecans with a spatula and spread the avocado brownies in the baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center is completely cooked. If you insert a toothpick or a knife, it should come out clean.
