2 tbspgarlic powder

1 tbsp chicken powder

1 tbspground black pepper

1/4 cupcalamansi juice

1 cup egg whites

1 cup cornstarch

Breading

as needed Cornstarch,

Sauce:

gochujang

honey

sweet chili sauce

sesame oil

sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Marinate the chicken for frying for at least 30 minutes by combining the first 8 ingredients (chicken included). Meantime heat up your cooking oil in a pot or pan. When the wings are done marinating dip a batch in cornstarch then add all at the same time in the hot oil. Repeat the process until all the wings are cooked. Set aside and get ready to prepare your 3 sauces.

First sauce, combine gochujang, honey, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, & Korean chili powder in a bowl. When it is fully combined mix a portion of your fried wings to the sauce and completely coat them then set aside.

Second sauce, combine sour cream powder, cayenne pepper, & garlic powder in a bowl. When it is fully combined mix a portion of your fried wings to the sauce and completely coat them then set aside.

Third sauce, combine cheese powder, sour cream powder, cayenne pepper & garlic powder in a bowl. When it is fully combined mix a portion of your fried wings to the sauce and completely coat them then set aside.
