If you love Oreo’s, you need to make this 3-ingredient Oreo fudge!
It’s sweet, creamy and absolutely packed with chunks of Oreo. It has amazing cookies and cream flavours and it’s so quick and easy to make.
You only need 3 ingredients, white chocolate, condensed milk, and Oreos!
If you have followed me on Instagram or TikTok for a while, you will know I’m slightly obsessed with 3-ingredient fudge… I have done so many variations, but this fudge, in particular, is one of my absolute favourites and it’s definitely a crowd-pleaser.
I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! If you love Oreos and want something extra special, check out these Ultimate Oreo Brookies!
Ingredients
397gcondensed milk
500gwhite chocolatebroken into chunks
20Oreosbroken into pieces
Instructions
Line an 8×82 baking tin with non-stick baking paper and set aside
Heat a large saucepan over low to medium heat. Pour in the condensed and white chocolate
Stir the mix continuously until thick and smooth. Check if the mix is ready – It should appear to peel away from the base and sides when you stir or tilt the pan. If it still looks runny, continue to cook until it thickens.
Turn off the heat. Add the broken Oreos and fold them through until they’re evenly distributed
Pour the mix into your prepared tin and smooth it out to the edges
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set and firm to touch. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to stir the mix continuously. If you stop stirring, it can stick to the base of the pan and burn.
I recommend using Milkybar chocolate, white cooking chocolate or a standard white chocolate bar from the supermarket, such as Sainsbury’s or Tesco’s own brand. I have used white chocolate with added vanilla and cocoa butter before and it did not melt properly, causing the mix to turn lumpy and not set.
If the mix isn’t thick in the pan, it will not set.
If it’s not thickening in the pan, check you are using sweetened condensed milk (USA) and not unsweetened/evaporated milk. Also, check you are using the correct amount of white chocolate. Using too little chocolate will mean the mix won’t thicken and will not set.
