Healthy Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup  Homemade Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Oat Flour
  • 32g (1 scoop) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 15oz can Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed well; ~1½ cups beans)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Roasted Almond Butter
  • ½ tsp  Liquid Stevia Extract
  • ½ tsp  Vanilla Paste (or Vanilla Extract)
  • ½ tsp  Natural Butter Flavor

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients, mix and set aside.
  • In a blender, puree the wet ingredients until smooth. Scoop this over the dry ingredients and fold together. For best texture, cover and refrigerate overnight, but you can serve it immediately.
